Shobhan Milk Products Private Limited

Shobhan Milk Products is based at 10/8/2 in Sector-10 of Indira Nagar. We are right in the middle of a busy residential area, so we try to keep things as quiet as we can. Our work involves handling milk and making different dairy products like curd and paneer. The day starts very early for us, usually around 4 in the morning when the fresh milk arrives. We have to be quick to get it into the cooling tanks. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with those metal milk cans. We don't have any fancy office space here. Most of our room is taken up by the processing equipment and the cold storage. We spend a good part of the day just washing everything down with hot water to keep it clean. It’s not an easy job and your hands are almost always wet. We don't have a big corporate team making decisions. It’s just a few of us making sure the milk doesn't spoil and the products are ready for the morning deliveries. Indira Nagar is a nice place to be, and we have many regulars who know exactly where to find us. Sometimes we run out of stock by midday if the demand is high. We don't have a website or an app. We just talk to our customers face-to-face. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to do our daily work without too much fuss.
