Softel Ice Cream

Softel Ice Cream is our small shop located in the Mahanagar area of Lucknow. The pin code here is 226006. We have been in this neighborhood for several years now. It is not a very big space, just a counter and the freezers where we keep the ice cream. Most of the people who come here are families from the nearby houses or kids after school. We keep a few different flavors in stock all the time. It is a simple business and we don't have any big seating area inside. Most people just buy their cone or cup and stand outside or sit in their cars. During the summer months, we are very busy and it can get a bit crowded around the door. We have to work fast to keep the ice cream from melting while we serve it. The machines in the back make a humming sound all day and night to keep everything cold. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity, but we have a backup to make sure the stock doesn't spoil. We are just local people running a small shop. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just open the shutters every morning and wait for the customers. It is a quiet street mostly, except for the evening rush. We like being part of the Mahanagar community and seeing the same faces every week.
