You can find our shop at the Khajana Complex in the Aashiyana area of Lucknow. We are located on the lower ground floor at shop number 115. It is a bit tucked away from the main street, but we are very close to the Sai Mandir, which helps new people find their way to us. It is a small shop. We do not have a lot of room for people to sit down and eat, so many of our customers just grab their food and head home. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know all the other shopkeepers in the complex quite well. The atmosphere here is very casual and relaxed. We do not wear any uniforms and we do not have fancy printed menus. We just have a list of what we are making for the day. The mall area gets quite busy in the evenings when families come out for a walk. We do our best to keep up with all the orders as they come in. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when things are being cooked fresh to order. The kitchen is right there behind the counter so you can see everything being prepared. We use local ingredients that we buy from the market nearby every day. It is not a big corporate chain, just a local spot for a quick bite. We keep the place clean but it is an old building.
