S. G. Traders

You can find S. G. Traders at office number two in Sarvodya Nagar. We are located right near the Indra Masjid, which is the main mosque in this part of Indira Nagar. It’s a small office, but it’s enough space for the three of us to handle our daily trading work. We’ve been here for several years, and the walls are decorated with old calendars and a few photos from when we first started out. The desk in the corner has a drawer that sticks sometimes, but we know exactly how to pull it so it opens. Dealing with traders and suppliers keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer checking prices. Indira Nagar is a lively place, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. Sometimes we get distracted watching the street vendors, but there's always work to be done. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk across the main desk. It’s a very informal setup, which is how we like it. We know most of the people in the building and often share a pot of tea in the afternoons when things quiet down a bit. It’s just a regular office doing regular business every single day.
