We started Rp Tea Castle at House Number HIG-5 in Sector-A. This is part of the Sitapur Road Yozana in Lucknow. It’s a quiet spot away from the main city rush. We aren't actually a castle, despite what the name might say. It’s just our base of operations for our tea business. We spend our time sourcing tea and figuring out the best ways to get it to people’s kitchens. The office is really just a room in the house. We have boxes of tea samples all over the place. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. Sitapur Road is a good location for us because it’s easy to get out of the city when we need to meet suppliers. We don’t have a big staff. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling everything from the phone calls to the packaging. It’s honest work. We like tea and wanted to build something of our own. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do a decent job and keep our customers happy. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so we try to keep things quiet during the day. It’s a simple life running a tea business from home. No corporate suits here, just us in our regular clothes getting things done. We hope people enjoy the tea.
