Rishub Fashion

Rishub Fashion is located over in Manohar Nagar, at 442/20. We are quite close to the Mother and Child Care Centre, which is the main landmark people use to find us. Hardoi Road is always packed with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. Our workshop is tucked away a bit, so it’s slightly quieter than being right on the main road. We started here because the rent was reasonable and it was easy for the local tailors to reach. It’s a simple setup with a few rows of sewing machines and a large table for cutting the patterns. Most of our day is spent checking the seams and making sure the buttons are on right. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a few big fans that keep the air moving. The neighbors are used to the sound of our machines by now. We usually have a lot of fabric rolls leaning against the walls in the back room. It’s not a corporate office with fancy furniture; it’s more of a practical space where people are actually working with their hands. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for 442/20, so we have to go out to the corner to wave them down. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break. The staff usually takes turns making tea on a small stove in the corner.
