Risen Tele Online Services

You can find us at Risen Tele Online Services on the first floor of the Mangaldeep Complex. We’re in the 4th Lane over in Nishatganj. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway can be a little dark if the building lights aren't on. Inside, we’ve got a couple of computers, a printer that jams every once in a while, and some chairs for people to wait. We mostly help people with online forms, internet stuff, and some phone services. It’s not a big operation, just a desk and some cables running across the floor. Sometimes it gets crowded when several people want their papers filed at the same time. We try to keep things moving, but the government websites are often slow, so we end up chatting with the customers while we wait for pages to load. The Mangaldeep Complex has a lot of different shops, so it’s always busy around here. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. We don’t really have a big staff, just one or two of us who know how to navigate the different portals. If you need something printed or scanned, we do that too. It’s a handy place for the neighborhood folks who don’t have a computer at home or aren't sure how to do the online work themselves. We just stay open until the evening usually and close up when the work is finished.
