Prem Bazar in Nishatganj is a good spot for a shop like ours. Refco 1 Ladies Departmental Store is mostly focused on things that women in the neighborhood need. We have a lot of different items like hair clips, bangles, thread, and some basic cosmetics. It isn't a huge mall or anything, just a local store where you can find those small things for the house or for yourself. We try to keep a variety of colors and styles because everyone has their own preference. Sometimes it is hard to keep everything organized because the items are so small and they get mixed up on the counters. The ladies who come in like to take their time looking at things before they decide what to buy. We don't mind that at all. It’s a busy part of Lucknow, so there is always a lot of chatter and noise from the street coming inside. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the market grow. The shop is simple and practical. We don't spend money on big signs or advertisements. People just know we are here in Prem Bazar. It’s a lot of work to keep the inventory updated with whatever is currently in demand. We just do our best to keep the shelves stocked and help the customers find what they are looking for when they visit.
