Rama General Store

Rama General Store has been sitting here in Balaganj for a good amount of time. We are specifically located in the Mal Pua Dubagga area of Lucknow. If you are from around here, you know the neighborhood well. It is a busy place with lots of homes and small lanes. Our store is just a small room filled with all the daily essentials. We have things like flour, oil, snacks, and toiletries. It’s nothing special to look at, just a typical general store. We do our own lifting and stocking. Sometimes we run out of bread if the delivery is late, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. The 226003 area stays active until late at night. We see the same neighbors every day and know most of their kids too. It is a simple life here in Lucknow. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. Just the name on the front and the doors open. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized when a big shipment comes in and we have boxes on the floor. We just move them out of the way as we go. It’s just us working here, keeping the shelves stocked for whoever needs something. No corporate talk, just a shop on the street where we try to be helpful. Most of the time we are just sitting on the stool waiting for the next customer.
