Ram Annapurna Store

If you go to Sector-1 in Vikas Nagar, you will find our shop at 1/336. We are directly opposite the RLB School, which is a big help for people trying to find us. Lucknow can be a very busy city, but our little corner feels like a community. Ram Annapurna Store is where we spend most of our waking hours. We sell groceries, mostly the stuff people use for their daily meals. We have flour, different kinds of oil, and those small packets of spices that everyone needs. The shop is a bit old-fashioned. We use an old scale for some things and write down accounts in a notebook. When school lets out, the area gets very lively with kids and parents everywhere. We might sell a lot of snacks and cold drinks during that hour. The rest of the day is usually quieter. We have some regular customers from the Vikas Nagar houses who come in to chat more than to shop sometimes. It is a simple setup with basic shelves and a small counter. We don't have any big signs or posters. Just the name of the store and the goods we have inside. It gets quite cold in the winters here, so we wrap up and keep the shop going. It is just a normal grocery store for the local people. We have been part of the neighborhood for quite some time now, and we just keep it going one day at a time.
