You can find Yam Food Supplement over at Model Colony Chowk, right by Metal Fitness. It makes sense being so close to the gym because that is where most of our regulars come from. We sell various supplements and health products that people ask for. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot onto the shelves. It is usually a bit busy in the evenings when everyone is finishing their workouts and stopping in to grab what they need. We talk to a lot of people about their fitness goals, but we are not trainers or anything, we just supply the products. Sometimes the boxes take up too much space and it is a bit of a squeeze to get around the counter. We have been at this spot for a while and the locals know us pretty well. It is a straightforward business. We keep track of what is popular and try to have it in stock. There is always someone coming in to ask questions about protein or vitamins. We just give them the facts and let them decide. It is a bit of a hub for the fitness crowd around the Chowk. The air usually smells a bit like plastic containers and vitamins, but you get used to it quickly. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in.
