Our factory is located at Plot No-1 in the Goyala Industrial Area, right off Deba Road. It’s a pretty straightforward setup with no frills. We have the main production floor where the polymers are processed and a small corner that serves as our office for the paperwork. Bony Polymers has been running from this spot for a while now. The industrial area is usually buzzing with the sound of generators and trucks, and we are right in the thick of it every day. We have a crew of workers who know the machines inside out and don't need much telling. It’s not a fancy environment. There’s a lot of heat from the molding process and the floor is always covered in small bits of plastic and rubber scraps. We follow a daily schedule that starts early in the morning. Most of us eat our lunch together in the small shed out back where it’s a bit quieter. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Every bit of profit goes back into keeping the equipment running and buying raw materials for the next batch. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch of orders, especially when the rains make transport difficult on Deba Road. It’s practical work and we take it as it comes. We make components that go into other products, things people use every day. We’re just regular people doing a job.
