You can find Proneness Pharmaceuticals over in Ganga Vihar Colony, which is part of the Chinhat area in Lucknow. Our house number is 624 Kha/79. It’s a fairly quiet residential colony, so we try not to make too much noise with the boxes. We run the business from this location, focusing on pharmaceutical trade and management. The office is basically a few rooms we converted for work use. We have our computers set up and shelves for the samples and records. Chinhat is growing fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We started this because we wanted to have our own setup. It’s mostly just us handling the orders and making sure the paperwork for the health department is in order. We don't use big slogans or have a polished sales team. It’s just practical daily tasks we perform. We check the inventory every Monday morning and spend the rest of the week coordinating deliveries. The power goes out sometimes, which is a bit of a pain for the computers, but we have a backup. It’s a small, honest operation. We like the neighborhood because it’s peaceful compared to the center of Lucknow. Most of our neighbors know what we do and don't mind us being here. It’s a simple life of managing stock and keeping the accounts balanced. We don’t have any grand plans, just staying on top of the work we have.
