Prayaas International

Prayaas International is based out of 2/101 in Vipul Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area. It’s a mix of homes and offices around here, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office is on the ground floor and we’ve lived with the same mismatched curtains for about five years now. We do a lot of back-and-forth communication with people all over, which means the phones are almost always ringing. It can get a bit chaotic when three people are trying to talk at once in such a small space. We don't really have a strict corporate culture or anything like that. If someone is late because of the traffic on the main road, we get it because we’ve all been there. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to sort out shipping schedules that never seem to stay on track. We have a small pantry where we make way too much tea and talk about what we’re going to have for dinner. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors’ kids playing outside sometimes. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our emails and keep our clients from getting frustrated. We’ve had our ups and downs like any small business, but we are still here doing the same thing every morning. It’s just how we make our living.
