We are based on the ground floor of the Taj Plaza Building, which is on Gokhale Marg in Lucknow. The address is 27/6/1 and we are quite close to Krishi Bhawan. It is a nice spot in the city. We work as a small team here, helping people who want to study abroad. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because we have so many files and books about different countries. We spend our days chatting with students and their families about what they hope to achieve. Lucknow has so many talented young people, and it is interesting to hear their stories. It is not a corporate setup with a lot of rules. We just sit around the table and talk things through. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for responses from universities, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone involved. We try to stay organized, but with so much paperwork, things can get a bit messy. Gokhale Marg is a good place to be, with plenty of things happening around us. We are just regular folks doing our best to help out with the complicated process of moving to another country for school. We do not have a big pitch, just a lot of experience in this field. If you come by in the afternoon, there is almost always someone here to answer questions over a cup of tea. It is just our way of working.
