We are located at Shop Number 202 on the ground floor of the Sahara Shopping Centre. It’s right on Faizabad Road in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. If you know where Lekhraj Charaha is, we are quite close to that. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by the shopping centre. The office is small but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time sitting across from young people who aren't sure what to do with their careers. It’s a lot of talking and listening. The shopping centre can get pretty loud during the day, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that keep the place cool enough in the summer. There’s always a stack of brochures on the table, though they tend to get messy. We don't really do much advertising; most people just see the sign or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep a diary for appointments, but sometimes people just drop in. The tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon drinks. It’s a simple life here, just helping people figure out their next steps one by one. No big secrets to it. It's just a shop where people come for advice when they need it most.
