Pankaj Kumar & Associates has an office at 4/81, Vivak Khand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. We are right on Patrakarpuram Road, not far from the Manush Pandy Choraha. Gomti Nagar is a big place, but this particular corner near the choraha is where we’ve set up shop. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always movement outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a bit of a second home for us. We do associate work, which involves a lot of meetings and paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, and lots of folders. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the business that comes through the door. People from Alambagh and other parts of Lucknow often find their way here. We talk to them plainly about what needs to be done. The heat in the summer can be tough on Patrakarpuram Road, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We like the neighborhood and the fact that we are easy to get to. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through our list of things to do each day for our clients who need help.
