Oye Kake Fast Food is over at ED-44 in Sector Q of Aliganj. This is our little spot here in Lucknow where we spend all our time. We are a fast food place, so things can get pretty hectic, especially during the lunch and dinner rushes. The kitchen is small and it gets very hot when we have all the burners going at once. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It is just us and the cooks making sure the food gets out on time. The address at ED-44 is easy to find, even though our sign has seen better days. We focus more on the cooking than on how the front of the shop looks. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make fast food that tastes good and fills you up. Sector Q is a nice enough area, and we have gotten to know many of the shop owners nearby. We work long hours and sometimes we are quite tired by the end of the shift. But that is just how it is when you run a food business. We are not a big chain, just a local place in Aliganj doing our best every day.
