We are located at Plot No-39 in the Railway Colony over in Balaganj, Lucknow. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city center but that works for us. Nirlabs Welson Pharmaceutical India Private Limited is the full name we use on our official papers, though mostly we just say Nirlabs when we are talking to each other. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular building where we handle our daily tasks. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and checking what came in the day before. The fans hum all day because it gets quite warm in LKO, especially during the summer months. There are a few of us here, and we spend most of our time dealing with medicine stock and making sure the inventory is right. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine, we just get tea from the stall down the road. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who live nearby. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it’s a good spot. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. We don't do much marketing or anything like that, we just focus on the work right in front of us. It is a practical setup for what we need to do every day.
