Mangal Provision Store

Mangal Provision Store is located on Dr Deen Dayal Gupta Marg in the New Hyderabad area. If you live in or near the Monarch Apartment, you have probably seen our shop while walking past. It is a busy part of Lucknow, and we stay quite occupied most of the day. We carry a variety of items like tea, soap, biscuits, and cooking oil. The space inside isn't very huge, so things are often piled up a bit high, but we generally know where everything is kept. It is mostly just me and a helper managing the counter. We get the milk delivery very early in the morning, which is when our first customers usually show up. The ceiling fans hum all day during the summer months, and it can get quite warm inside the shop. We don't have any fancy lighting or modern displays. People just come in, tell us what they need, and go about their business. We try to keep the goods fresh, though some slower items might sit on the shelf for a while. It is a quiet routine for us, except for the times when the streets get crowded with people returning home from work. We have been at this spot for several years now. It is just a normal local business serving the people who live in the nearby buildings. We open up and start the work every single day.
