Machzor Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is tucked away in Shop No 18 at the Purab Kalyangiri Market. If you know Hardoi Road in Lucknow, you know it can get pretty busy with all the rickshaws and people walking by. Our shop is right there in the middle of it all in the Thakhurganj area. It is a small place but we keep it packed with what we need to get through the day. Lucknow is a big city and being in 226003 means we are usually right in the thick of the action. The market is always loud, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a bit now, handling the pharmaceutical side of things. It is mostly just keeping track of boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common enough, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It isn't a glamorous job or anything. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working on the orders. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk is a bit wobbly, but it works for us. We know the other shop owners nearby and we all just try to get through our lists. That is pretty much the story of our little office on Hardoi Road.
