Maboob General Store

I usually get here pretty early in the morning to open up Maboob General Store. It’s right at the Rahim Nagar Choraha, so it gets quite busy with people passing through Dandiya Bazar all day long. Honestly, the traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes, but it’s just part of being in this part of Lucknow. We are close to the Hawitt Ploytechnic, so you see a lot of students around, mostly looking for snacks or pens or whatever they forgot that morning. My family has been doing this for some time now. The shelves are always full of various things, like soap, biscuits, and matches. It’s not a fancy place, just a normal shop where you can get what you need without a fuss. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there in the heat, but that’s just how it is. People come in and ask for things, and I try to remember where I put everything. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock. If you’re walking down from the crossing, you’ll see the sign eventually. It’s been 226022 for as long as I can remember. I don't really have a big story to tell, it's just a shop. We keep things simple here. Most neighbors stop by just to say hello while they pick up their milk. It's a loud area, but it's home to us. Anyway, I should probably get back to stacking those boxes.
