Lucknowmeatwala Private Limited is located over at A-20 in Nirala Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty established part of Lucknow. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. Dealing with meat means we have to be very careful about how we handle everything. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done. We handle the sourcing and the preparation right here. People mostly find out about us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We just try to keep the place clean and the stock fresh. It's hard work, and your hands get tired, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles. Nirala Nagar is a good spot to be, centrally located enough that people can find us without too much trouble. We don't have a big corporate office, just the space at A-20. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the actual work.
