Lucknow Building Material Private Limited is located over at Plot No. 50. You can find us near the DLF Garden City Purseni area, which is right off Raebareli Road in Mohanlalganj. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular yard where we keep all the stuff needed for building houses and other structures. We've been operating in this part of Lucknow for quite a while now. Most of our days are spent dealing with trucks and checking on the piles of sand, bricks, and cement. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up on Raebareli Road, but that is just part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a local spot for people to get their materials. The office is small and usually filled with delivery notes and a bit of dirt from the yard. Sometimes we have a lot of customers at once and things get a bit hectic, but we manage. Most of the people who come to us are local contractors or folks building their own homes nearby. We like being in Mohanlalganj because it's a growing area with lots of work happening. We don't do anything too complicated. We just make sure the materials are there when someone needs them. To be honest, it’s a lot of physical work and long hours, especially during the peak building season. Anyway, that’s us at Plot 50.
