Kriti Genral Srore

Kriti Genral Srore is situated in Mahanagar, right on Kapoorthala Road. We are across from M-1 and quite close to the well-known Gole Market here in Lucknow. It is a typical general store where we stock whatever the local households might need. We have been in this spot for a while now, watching the traffic go by toward the market. The shop gets a bit cramped when we get new stock in, but we find space for everything eventually. We handle everything ourselves, from opening the shutters in the morning to tallying up the day at night. There is nothing corporate about how we run things. If a neighbor needs something specific, we try to remember it for the next time we order. Lucknow can get very hot, so we try to keep the shop as cool as possible for anyone stepping in. We know most of the families around Kapoorthala Road. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don’t do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here and they come by when they run out of milk or snacks. It’s a small business, and it keeps us busy enough. We just focus on keeping the shelves full and the counter clear. It is simple work, but it is our way of being part of the Lucknow community. We stay open late most nights to make sure we don't miss anyone.
