Our place, Kingscerevisia Brewers, is tucked away in Azad Nagar, specifically at 551/Ka/526. Lucknow is a busy city, and being here keeps us on our toes. We handle brewing, which is a lot more work than people think. It’s not just sitting around; there is a lot of cleaning, heavy lifting, and waiting for things to happen. We started this because we had an interest in how beverages are made. Some days the heat in the facility is a bit much, but we get through it. We aren't some massive factory with robots. It’s just a handful of us making sure the batches are moving along. The address might be a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the streets of Azad Nagar, but we've been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive office furniture. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and the raw materials we need every week. It can be a bit noisy sometimes with the tanks and the bottles clinking, but that's the sound of work getting done. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when something goes wrong with a pump or a delivery is late. But we just deal with it and move on to the next day. It’s a local operation, and we’re proud of that.
