Kadama Agro Industries Private Limited is over in TP Nagar in Lucknow. Our spot is F234 on KP Road. If you know Lucknow, you know TP Nagar is always moving. There are trucks everywhere and a lot of noise. We fit right in there. We deal with agro products and industrial stuff related to farming. It’s a busy place and we spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and warehouses. We aren't some polished corporate office with glass walls. Our place has dust from the road and stacks of papers on every desk. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We started this because we saw a need for better handling of goods in the 226012 area. My brother and a few friends run the daily operations. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talks or long lunch breaks. Usually, it's just a quick bite while checking the inventory. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful. Other days are quiet and we just catch up on maintenance. We're just regular people trying to build something here in Uttar Pradesh. We've had our ups and downs, like any small business. We just keep moving forward, trying to get things right for the people we work with. It's a long road but we are on it together.
