We don't have a big corporate lobby or a reception desk with a uniform. It is just a regular place where we keep our records and manage our stocks. Most of our time is spent on the phone or handling paperwork to make sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes the humidity in the gali gets to be a lot, but we just carry on. We chose this spot because it’s where we feel connected to the city. Dealing with the daily logistics in such a busy area requires some patience, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. It is just a local business trying to do its part without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk.
