Jaiswal General Store

Jaiswal General Store is located at 424/114 on the Tb Hospital Road in the Thakurganj area. We are tucked into the Mehboob Ganj part of Lucknow, which is usually quite a bustling neighborhood. The store is just a basic setup with shelves lining the walls and a counter near the front. We sell things like rice, pulses, oils, and other kitchen essentials that local families need. It's a family-run thing, so you'll usually see one of us sitting behind the counter or reorganizing the crates in the back. The road outside can get a bit congested, especially with people going toward the hospital, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We try to keep the prices fair and the stock fresh. It's not a supermarket or anything like that, just a corner store where you can buy things in small quantities. Sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late, but that's just how it goes sometimes. Most people who live nearby know where we are. We don't have any big advertisements. The name is painted on the front and that’s about it. Dealing with customers takes up the whole day, from the early morning milk deliveries to the late evening rush for dinner supplies. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for hours, but it’s what we do. We've been in Lucknow for a long time now. It’s just about being there when the neighbors need a quick item for their kitchen.
