J K General Store

We are located right here on Police Chowky Road in Hussainabad. It is a busy part of Lucknow and we have been at this spot for quite some time now. J K General Store is just a small place, really. We sell the usual things people need every day like flour, spices, and cleaning supplies. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck in traffic near the chowky, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. The shop isn't very large so we have to stack things up high on the wooden shelves. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside but we try to keep it clean enough. My family helps run the counter when I have to go out for supplies. We know the neighbors by name and they know us. Most days it is just about checking what is running low and making sure the fridge for cold drinks is working right. It is not a fancy place with bright lights or anything like that. Just a regular shop where you can pick up a bag of sugar or some tea leaves.
