Ishtikapuri Foods Private Limited is located on the ground floor of number 20 in Shah Ganj. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. Our space isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do with the food products. Being on the ground floor makes it easier to move things in and out, though the street outside is narrow so we have to be quick about it. The building itself has some age to it, which gives it a bit of character. We don't have a fancy sign or anything like that. Inside, it's all about the work. We spend our hours checking bags and making sure the storage is cool enough. Shah Ganj has its own energy, and we are just a small part of that daily buzz. Some days are slower than others, especially when the heat gets really bad and nobody wants to be outside. We drink a lot of water and just keep moving. It's a straightforward operation without any big corporate layers. You walk in and you see people working, that’s about it. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a local food business trying to keep things organized and get the orders out on time to whoever needs them. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on your feet. That is just how the days go for us here.
