Gupta General Store

Gupta General Store is tucked away on Ramganj Road here in Hussainabad. If you know the area, you know it is near the 2nd Road section. We have been sitting in this shop for years now. It is a local place for the people living in this part of Lucknow. We keep the basics, nothing too fancy. You will find bags of rice, different kinds of lentils, and maybe some school notebooks for the kids. The shop gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. It is a small space so things are tucked into every corner. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the items displayed out front so people see what we have. Sometimes the power goes out and we sit in the dark for a bit, but the customers still come in. My father started this and now we just keep it going.
