Our supermart is located in Lucknow, right in the Bhindiya Tola area of Bara Chand Ganj. The address is H.No. 531/94. It is a busy part of the city, and we are glad to be right in the middle of it. We sell all the basics you would expect, like flour, lentils, spices, and everyday household goods. It is a small, family-style operation. We don’t have a big team of employees or managers in suits. It’s just me and a few helpers who keep the place running. Most of our day is spent unloading crates and making sure the shelves don’t look empty. Lucknow can get very humid, so we try our best to keep the shop ventilated and comfortable for everyone who walks in. We know most of the families around Bara Chand Ganj, and they know us. Sometimes we sit and have a quick tea with the regulars when things are quiet in the afternoon. We don't have any big promotional events or flashy advertisements. We just believe in being there when people need a packet of salt or some soap. The work is constant and the hours are long, but it feels good to run a business in your own neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time, keeping the shop clean and the customers happy with what we have on the shelves. It’s a humble spot but it serves the touseholds well.
