GRA Consultants Private Limited has its main base at 337-B, Sector-B in Mahanagar, Lucknow. Being in Mahanagar is quite convenient because it’s a well-connected part of the city and most people know where it is. Our office is not some high-end suite; it’s just 337-B, a place where we come every morning to get to work. We started this because we saw a need for local consultants who actually listen to people instead of just giving canned answers. We are a small group and we all have different things we handle, but we usually work together on most projects. The office is often a bit noisy with all of us talking at once, but it’s a good kind of noise. We have old files stacked in the corner and a white board that is usually covered in scribbles that only we can understand. We don’t really care for corporate talk or making ourselves sound like we are some massive international firm. We are just a local Lucknow business doing what we know how to do. Some of us have lived here our whole lives, so we know the area and the people well. It’s important to us that we stay honest and just do the work without any unnecessary drama. If you ever stop by, you'll probably just see us sitting around with our laptops, trying to figure out the next steps for a client while drinking some water.
