Glamorous

We are located right on Rahimnagar Road, just opposite 35Bn. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though the traffic picks up in the evenings when people are heading home from work. I started Glamorous because I wanted a place where local ladies could just come and get their hair done or get a facial without any big fuss or waiting forever. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it tidy and there is always water for anyone who is thirsty. We have a few chairs and the mirrors are big. Usually, you will find me here from the morning till late evening. Sometimes we get very busy and there is a wait, but we try to talk to everyone so they don't get bored. Most of the people who come here live in Rahim Nagar or work nearby. It is nice seeing the same faces every week. We do all the usual things like threading and waxing. I buy the products from the market myself to make sure they are okay. The walls are painted a simple color and we have a small fan that stays on because Lucknow gets very hot in the summer months. If you are walking down the road near the PAC gate, you will see our sign. It is a simple life running a parlour. We just try to do our work properly every single day and keep the floor swept after every haircut.
