We run Gentoss Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited out of Flat J-302 in the KW Raj Nagar Extension. It’s a residential-style setup which actually makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those standard commercial blocks you see downtown. We are care of Vijay Kumar Mishra here. Raj Nagar Extension is a busy part of Ghaziabad, but inside the building, it stays mostly quiet and calm. We have our files and desks arranged in the main room of the flat. Since we are a private limited company, we handle a lot of the administrative side of the pharma industry. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away on the computer. The flat gets some decent light through the balcony windows. We know the security guards at the gate and some of the neighbors on the third floor. It is not a massive operation with hundreds of people, just a small and dedicated team. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the J block because the whole complex is quite spread out and the signs aren't always great. We usually just walk down to the parking area to meet them if they get stuck. The lift works fine most days, which is a big relief for us. We do not have a fancy reception area with a sofa. It is just a place where work gets done without much fuss. We drink a lot of chai during the afternoon. Working from J-302 gives us a bit of peace compared to the main road traffic.
