Garima Kakkar

I’m based out of Sector L.D.A. Colony here in Lucknow. My address is C-2/130, which is a fairly quiet area compared to some of the other parts of the city. I’ve been running things from here for a good amount of time now. It’s not a huge office with a bunch of signs outside. Mostly, people just know where I am because they’ve been here before. I like the peace of this neighborhood; it helps me focus on what I need to get done. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes to myself. I don't have a receptionist or anyone to screen my calls. If you ring, I’m the one who answers. Garima Kakkar is the name I use for the business, but I’m just a regular person like anyone else. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and help out people in my community. It’s been a learning process, and I’ve made my share of mistakes along the way, but I’ve kept at it. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall. I just try to be helpful and get the job finished on time. Lucknow has a lot of big firms, but I prefer being small. It allows me to actually know the people I’m working for. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’re always welcome to stop by, though a quick heads-up is always good.
