New Sahani Furniture

We set up New Sahani Furniture at Radhe Plaza on Faizabad Road quite some time back. It’s a decent spot, right at units 1 and 2. The showroom gets a bit dusty since the road is so busy outside, but we try to keep things looking alright. We have all kinds of tables and chairs squeezed in there. Sometimes it's hard to walk through the aisles without bumping into a corner of a wardrobe. We aren't interior designers or anything like that. We just sell furniture that people need for their houses. A lot of folks from the neighborhood stop in just to see what’s new or to ask about a specific type of wood. My brother and I usually handle the deliveries ourselves if the distance isn't too far. Moving heavy sofas up narrow stairs is never fun, but it's part of the job. Faizabad Road is always moving, and we're just glad to have a roof over our heads here at the plaza. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone likes a bed frame, they buy it. We keep the prices where we think they're fair. It’s a regular shop run by regular people. We’ve had rainy days where the roof leaked a bit, but we fixed it up. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure the floor is swept and the items are lined up. Some days we sell a lot, other days we just sit and wait.
