Our office is tucked away at 480/37, Bagh Sah Ji on M M Road in Daliganj. It's a busy part of Lucknow, and we have been operating from here for some time now. As a small team at Demeanr Overseas Llp, our main work involves helping people who are looking to go abroad for their studies or work. This isn't exactly a glamorous job. Daily life involves dealing with piles of paperwork and checking immigration rules that seem to change every week. Sticky notes and folders are spread all over my desk most of the time. Daily work here in Lucknow is steady. We keep our hours regular and try to stay organized through the chaos.
