Sanjay Tripathi is the one running things here on Kanpur Road. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The shop is pretty easy to find if you’re driving down the main stretch. It’s a busy road, so there’s always cars going by. We spend most of our time keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. It’s mostly just medical supplies and stuff you’d expect in a store like this. It’s not a huge place, but we keep it pretty full. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to fix the displays. We don't really do much advertising or anything, people just know we’re here. Sanjay usually handles the big orders and talks to the suppliers. We have a small back room for storage, but it fills up fast when the truck arrives. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we stay open regardless. It’s a basic setup for us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the medicine stays in stock and the shelves look okay. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people who stop by for help. We try to keep the paperwork in order, though it always piles up on the desk in the corner. Just a regular business on the side of Kanpur Road. We do what we can to keep the shelves stocked up properly every day. It's hard work but it's okay.
