This is the Lucknow branch over in Lalbagh. It's a pretty central spot in the city, so people pass by all the time. We've been operating out of this location for a good bit now. It’s a busy area, lots of shops and offices around. We don't really have a big story to tell about how we started. We just open up in the morning and handle the clothes and customers. The building isn't brand new, but it serves the purpose for what we do. People know Lalbagh well, so finding us isn't usually a problem. We aren't corporate types from the head office; we're just the local team here in Lucknow. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep things simple. If someone walks in, we help them find what they need without any of that pushy sales talk. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just make sure the racks are full and the place is clean enough. It's a straightforward job. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we know the regulars who come in. We just do our shifts and go home. The tea stalls nearby are actually pretty good, and that's where we usually end up during our breaks. It’s a decent place to work in a very old part of the city. We like being right in the middle of everything. It's not glamorous, but it is real work.
