Atish Kapil Agro Ventures Llp

Our setup is out in Vill Khushalganj, which is in the Kakori area of Lucknow. If you know the place, you might know Khasra numbers 412, 413, 415, and 417. That is where Atish Kapil Agro Ventures is based. It’s mostly just open land and fields out this way. We deal with the usual stuff you’d expect from a place like this in Uttar Pradesh. The road out to Kakori can be a bit bumpy depending on the time of year, but it’s where we do all our work. We aren't a big corporation with shiny desks. Most of the time we are just out there looking at the crops or checking on the progress of what we’ve planted. The weather in Lucknow gets really hot, and we just have to work around it. We spend our mornings early before the heat gets too bad. Atish and Kapil started this to manage the land better and keep things organized. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of what’s happening on the different plots. Neighbors usually know where we are if they need anything. We don’t do much talking about big goals, we just focus on the harvest and making sure the venture keeps going. It’s a practical life, and we like it that way. Most days involve just checking the water or seeing how the soil is doing after a heavy rain.
