Ark Saivi Llp is based out of Gomti Nagar, specifically in Vijay Khand 1. We are at A 1/127, which is a pretty decent spot if you’re familiar with Lucknow. It’s a quiet enough area where we can actually hear ourselves think while we work. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who decided to start this LLP. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and talking through projects. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you at the door. You’ll probably just see one of us coming out of the back room with a mug of tea. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle things our own way. The office is functional, nothing more. We have the usual desks and chairs, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Gomti Nagar has changed so much lately, but we’ve stayed pretty consistent in how we do things. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or try to impress anyone with corporate jargon. We just do the work that comes in and make sure it’s done right before we leave for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, but that’s just part of the deal. It’s a local business, run by local people who just want to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama.
