Aparna Medicals (Opc) Private Limited

Aparna Medicals is located at Shop 5 in the Shahi Complax. It’s right on the Telibagraibareli Road here in Lucknow. Being in a complex means we see a lot of foot traffic. People are always popping in and out of the different shops. We aren't a big chain pharmacy. It’s a small shop where we keep the essentials. The space is a bit tight, especially when we get a fresh delivery of boxes, but we make it work. We have shelves lining the walls from floor to ceiling to fit everything in. It’s mostly just me and one other person helping out. We spend the day helping customers who walk in from the street. Some are regulars who live nearby, and others are just passing through on the way to the hospital or home. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Our sign out front is a bit faded, but everyone knows where we are. Dealing with medicines means we have to be careful with the details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. It’s a busy road outside, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic. We keep the shop clean, though the floor gets dusty quickly with everyone coming in. It’s just a regular local medical store. We do our work, chat with the neighbors, and close up at night. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
