Gwynne Road is where you’ll find us, specifically at number 46 in Aminabad. If you’ve ever been to Aminabad in Lucknow, you know how crowded it gets. It’s a real experience just getting through the lanes some days. Alentica Pharmaceuticals is tucked in there among all the other shops and buildings. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some metal shelves and a couple of old desks. It’s not the quietest place because of all the rickshaws and people outside, but we like the energy of the market. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving medicine. There’s a lot of counting and double-checking boxes. We aren't some big high-tech firm; we are just people who know the local trade. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Our staff has been together for a bit, so we know how to work around each other in the small space. We handle a lot of calls from different parts of the city. Usually, the day starts with tea and a look at the delivery schedule. It’s a lot of back and forth with the transporters. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually quite tired. That’s just life at Gwynne Road for us. We keep our records in big binders and try our best to stay on top of the never-ending paperwork that comes with this industry.
