We are over at Plot No C 109 on the third floor in the North Chandganj Housing Scheme. This is part of Nirala Nagar in Lucknow. Being on the top floor means we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, though usually, it’s too noisy outside to keep them that way for long. Nirala Nagar is a well-known part of the city, so finding us isn't too hard for locals. The stairs up to the third floor give us a bit of a workout every morning. The office itself is functional. We have the usual stuff like printers that occasionally jam and a water cooler that’s always getting empty. It’s a standard workspace where the focus is on the tasks at hand rather than how the walls are painted. Lucknow is a busy city, and we feel that energy even inside the housing scheme. There’s a mix of other businesses and families living nearby, so the atmosphere is a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up when someone walks in. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and documents, making sure the numbers and names are all where they should be. It’s a regular office for regular people. We keep the lights on until late most nights, just working through the pile of things that need to be finished before the weekend.
