Our setup isn't anything to brag about, but it’s ours and it works for what we do. We’re just a local business in Lucknow trying to provide what people need. Sometimes the traffic in Sector-F makes it hard for people to get to us, but we’re usually here from morning until evening. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It’s a lot of work to keep a retail operation going, especially in the agro sector where things change so fast. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and try to be helpful. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we know the ropes.
