Aca Cashew Fresh Private Limited is based out of Lucknow, specifically in the Aashiyana Colony. We’re in Sector K, house 592 E. Lucknow is a great city, but the traffic near Aashiyana can be a real nightmare during the peak hours. We deal with cashews, which is a lot more complicated than it sounds. You have to make sure they stay fresh and that the quality doesn't drop because once people get a bad batch, they don't come back. We spend a lot of our time checking bags and talking to vendors. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of storage space. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We’ve got some dust on the shelves and the fan makes a clicking noise that drives me crazy, but we get the work done. It’s mostly just a few of us here every day. We know the neighbors pretty well now. Sometimes we sit out front and have a smoke or a tea when things are quiet. Lucknow has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it without losing our minds. It’s a solid business, nothing too flashy. We just want to make sure the cashews are good and the customers are satisfied enough to call us again. It’s been a few years now, and we’re still figuring things out as we go along. Every day brings a new problem to solve.
