Salt N Spice

Salt N Spice is located on the first floor of building K 714. You can find us on Kanpur Road in the Aashiyana area of Lucknow. We are very close to the Aashiyana Chauraha, which is a major crossing. The pin code is 226012. Being on the first floor means people sometimes miss us if they aren't looking up, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know where we are. Kanpur Road is a very busy highway, so there is constant noise from the cars and trucks outside. We get a lot of people from the residential blocks in Aashiyana. We aren't a fancy establishment. The stairs are a bit narrow and the place is simple. We don't have any corporate training or polished ways of speaking. We just treat people like they are part of the neighborhood. Some days are better than others, and sometimes we struggle to keep up with the crowd during the evening rush. It’s just a few of us running the whole show. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just open up every day and serve whoever comes up the stairs. It’s a local Lucknow life, and we are quite content with being a small part of it. We just keep going.
