A S Men Parlar

A S Men Parlar is located at Shop No -11 in the LDA Colony of Lucknow. We are quite close to the Om Complex, which makes it easy for people to find us. The shop is a small rectangular room with three barber chairs. I have been working here for nearly five years now. We mostly handle the local men who need a quick haircut or a shave before they head out for the day. I start the shop early in the morning, usually by 8 o'clock. The morning air in Lucknow is nice before the traffic gets too heavy. We have a big mirror that covers most of one wall. It’s a bit old and has a small crack in the corner, but it still works fine. I have one assistant who helps me when things get busy on the weekends. We don't do any of those modern treatments you see in the big city malls. It is just a simple place for a clean shave and a trim. We keep a small radio on a shelf that plays old songs throughout the day. There is a bench outside where people can sit and wait if all the chairs are full. We often get tea from the stall across the street and share it with the customers. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We know most of our customers by their first names and we hear all the news about the colony from them.
